Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and lr777 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the lr777 website, or making use of any service or game offered on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

lr777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Player Eligibility

To register and use lr777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lr777 does not permit access to players under 21 years old, in strict compliance with responsible gaming principles.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your current jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any national or platform self-exclusion list, or otherwise be subject to any restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on lr777. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• lr777 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

lr777 supports deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladesh payment solutions. All financial transactions must comply with the following conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (using accounts belonging to another person) are not accepted and may trigger account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply based on the selected payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer). Please check the cashier section for current limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. Expedited processing may be available for verified accounts.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable platform for all lr777 users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the outcome of bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in poker, rummy, or any other multi-player game to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, attempting to deposit or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means, or using lr777 as a channel for financial fraud of any kind.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any support interaction. This includes impersonating another individual or using fraudulent identification documents.

lr777 employs advanced fraud detection systems operating around the clock. Any account flagged by our security systems will be reviewed. Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts closed without prior notice and all balances forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the lr777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and domain names — is the exclusive property of lr777 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, information, software, products, or services obtained from lr777 without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your lr777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
